Components and Amp, under $400??

I'm looking for a new mids/high setup. I'm thinking the following:

-2 sets of crecsendo CCX65 ($100 each)

-Crescendo 1000c4 ($200 )

How will that sound? Loud? Clear?

Not looking for top SQ, or selenium style highs (ear piercing) just something that is loud and clear at high volumes.
