Components & 6x9 Speakers Keep Cutting Out

Hello,

I am having a problem with my Components & 6x9 rear speakers in my car. For some reason, the speakers will cut off, and stay off for a long time and then will come back on for a brief period of time and then cut back off.

The only thing that keeps running is the sub-woofer completely by itself without my other speakers working.

What could be the root of this problem? I don't know a great deal about car audio, but I am thinking it has something to do with faulty wiring somewhere.

I have my audio running off of an Optima Yellow-Top battery in my trunk, and it has a good charge, so I don't think this could be the problem.

All help will be greatly appreciated.

loose wire, rca, kinked/pinched wires, wire touching metal.. all kinds of things could be happening

i had the same prob. i have infinities. u? i just adjusted the gain and it was fine but its funny cuz it started happening 3 months after i had my system in so i dont know what could have happened for it to start cutting off. its almost like the ohm load is too low but why did it barely start to do that 3 moths later, plus ive checked the grounds already. my buddu also has this prob and he also has infinities
