First of all, you should try to get JUST the fronts to sound good. Disconnect everything else and start there. You will want to do tweeters and mids on their own as well to verify your crossover point isn't running into any bad frequencies for any drivers. Once you have crossover points set you can attempt to dial in time alignment.

Really just fronts + sub should be adequately loud and will be simplest to get sounding good. To try to blend in rears will probably be difficult.

Start around 2500hz for mid/tweet crossover point and play around from there. The lower you go on this one the less power your tweeter will handle before it breaks so be careful. Subwoofer should be crossed between 65 and 100hz (start at 80 and play around a bit).

EQ is best used only to reduce any peaks you have. Without access to RCA mic and software it may be very difficult to use that with any accuracy.
 
id run the Morels off the 4 channel (bridged) and get a real sub and amp

ditch the rest
