OK...tune extremely low, 26-28'ish Hz.

Lower tuning sounds louder to the ear, but if you actually got it metered, would be quieter.

Im not hating on him... this is canada not america, people in my neighbour aren't like that, I don't care that his family has lots of money but don't run around rubbing it in what you have and you didn't buy it, I don't care if he beats me I was simply asking if he would beat me.
