use the supplied cd..

play a sweep (a continuous "sweep" of different frequencies) which will show your "peak" frequency..

play just the frequency that is loudest...

sounds confusing, but when you get there you'll see others doing it...

LOL yeah thats them. Actually I'm not running any right now, trunk is stripped down, amp rack taken out ready for sound deadening. I think I might make a thread about my sound deadening endeavors with pics...

the sweep is usually #18 or 19, but just ask...if the body your competing in uses the termlab...after you run the sweep, ask what you peaked at...might help to tell him you'll need it before you run so he/she doesnt erase it...
