competing 15 vs. 18

what would be better to compete w/ 15 or 18 csx...will i be in same class if i run either?according to IASCA rules

im thinking of running either w/ a d3 for comps...hehe now thats gonna be hard to beat in right install..i would go dual d2's(earthquake d2) maybe
