Yes they will work together but the choice of equipment is pretty low quality.

My budget was 600 so I was limited but If you could tell me whats wrong or what could be better, it would be very appreciated..

4x6 front speakers up in the dash? Is it possible to fit 6.5" speakers in the doors instead? Are you willing to do any trimming/fabrication to allow this?

The sub/box/amp seem fine.

I would ditch the rear 6x9 speaker as they will just distort badly with the sub pounding away on them. At the very least, you must seal them off from the trunk area to make decent use of them.

I was Thinking of buying a mounting bracket for a 6.5..

He means that you shouldn't put anything in the rear. It would be better if you doubled your budget for a nice component set up front and nothing in the rear.
