No he held several world records. Nathan Munson. Look him up. He owns a few Eastern Audios. He is a bad mofe. He had 1 DD9510 and hit 172. In his magazine writeup he was only at 169.8. This was in him lil mini cooper looking car. You can see it on his db drag website. Just do a search. I wouldn't bs ya. He put an 18 solo x in there and it hit 174 db drag. but that 10 was bad ***. Ive been in the car too but there is nothing to power the sub right now. They are rebuilding it. They also have an old team gates bronco that they plan to put their free jackhammer in and power it with all the free mtx amps they are getting. Must be nice.

I know the diamond d6 comes in 2 ohm and so does the type r you guys have any experience with these

I already told u about the d6. The sound is clean as hell but it is not as loud as the dub 6. The type r is louder than the rest but with that you def sacrifice the sq. But they will still sound good. If you are having issues with finding the power for the dub 6 then I would use the type r for spl in a d2 or the d6 for sq in a d2.
