Compare SQ of eclipse 8454 vs. 8533 screen??

I currently have an Eclipse 8454 HU and was woundering if there would be a noticable difference in sound quality going to the 8533 screen?

The 8533 still has a built in crossover that allows you to run your components in active mode like the 8454, right?
