Compact Handgun

So I have a full size 9mm (S&W). Looking to get something compact that's easier concealed carry.

Narrowed it down to

S&W Bodyguard 380

Kahr P380

and

Ruger LCP II

Gonna go Wednesday on my day off to a couple gun shops and actually hold each of them to get a feel for them.

May tryout a Sig and a Glock as well

I have a Ruger lcp that I am very pleased with. It has never had any type of failure. I had a Kahr 380 that I liked the feel of, but I could never get the gun to be reliable. ( even after sending it back to Kahr ) It would fail to feed about once every every 25 rounds at best. Certain brands of ammunition where much worse than that. I was never able to shoot a full magazine of Fiochi without a jam. It was traded to one of my buddies with full disclosure of the problem.

Sig P238, Glock 43, Kimber Micro. My wife carries a Sig P238. My original carry was a G43, but decided it was too small for my hands and went with a Springfield XDs with the 3.3" barrel.

Primary carry for me is Glock 23 and then LCP when I am out running or something.

I did carry a Glock 19 for a while but it was just to large to hide under just a t shirt. So I bought a Springfield XDS9 and love it for carry in the summer.

like

keltecs are very dependable.. actually had on fall from moving car with bullet in chamber no problem.. took it to gun guy he checked it fired whole clip like nothing happened to it..

had a p229 hated it.. i assume 226 is different but the 229 had the longest trigger pull i've ever seen..

had them probably since b4 u were born.. i knew telling the story of keltec dependability would bite me in the A.. long story was in a hurry wife moved guy etc.. now my .38 and .357 never move

It’s Always best to go big in my part of the woods ..I carry a Taurus Judge composite body for my compact ..I have 5 Taurus Judges total and love them all including ..one Night Court Judge ..two long barrels a stainless and a blued version also a mini circuit court Judge revolver rifle with the gold trigger...
