Comments on amp and subs...Please

I am a newbie to the car audio world. I have an opportunity to get 2 10'' Orion Cobalt subs in a sealed box. The box was custom built by Orion. The box looks something like this (hope the drawing makes sence).

And for the amp, A 5-channel Clarion APX-600.5. All for 600.

Is this a good deal? And how is the quality of this box and amp?

By the way, I have a 98 Jeep Cherokee. I will be installing 6.5 polk components in the front doors and 6.5 mb quartz in the back doors.
