Come sail away.

That song might go down to 30 if that. I can play it without dropping bottom at all. The phil collins one will trash some formers though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Also make sure you have your gains set right, this is at -0 db if not mistaken. I have the bassed version of late nite tip and comfortably numb and that one rick astley song if you all want it

I'd like the pink floyd mr nate:D

Yeah I'm a little surprised too. I had never really looked into what frequencies any of my songs peak at but this one made me curious so I downloaded Audacity and checked it out. It peaks at 30 and 35, definitely not as low as I thought. But I also thought Blueberry Yumyum was low and that one was at like 36Hz, lol. Guess I've never really listened to anything that gets super low (sub 30Hz)

How do you check the peaks and lows in Audacity...Never did figure that out
Took me a bit to figure it out but this is how I believe it's done...

Open the song in Audacity

Click Analyze, then Plot Spectrum

Change the Size to 16384 and the Axis to Log Frequency

Then as you move your cursor around the Peak reading snaps to the closest peak, so get the cursor near the biggest peak and it will snap to it, make sure your looking at the Peak reading and not the cursor itself.
