Collared Shirts

Alright, so I have a few collared shirts, but the collars have picked up a few really bad and out of place creases in them. Almost bad enough to warrant not even wearing the shirt again. I really like these shirts though and don't want to throw them out. Ironing doesn't fix problem and starch only fixes the problem until the next time I wash it.

Is there anything I can do to get these creases out or at least do something to make the collars hold their shape?

I wish I could help but everytime you post something I end up staring at your avatar instead of reading your post.

Can't say that I personally have, but if nothing you do works you may as well take them to people that deal with cleaning clothes for a living.
That was going to be my last ditch effort, but I was hoping someone had some home remedies for it. I'm not a big fan of spending money when I don't have to.

If I care enough I will take a lil starch and do that. Most of the time Ill just wear as it.

usually i wear my dress shirts a couple time before washing them...just throw em in the dryer for a little bit before i wear them again....it works if they dont smell like **** or are dirty

try that?

It's more of a knit polo shirt, and the creases are far too bad to be remedied just by drying the shirt for a little longer, unfortunately. I guess I'll either have to take it to the dry cleaners or maybe look at getting a collar tab insert sewn into it if I care that much.
