Collapsed Lung..

I just return home from Strong Memorial Hospitol in Rochester, NY to find out my right lung had collapsed. They called it 'Spontaneous Pneumothorax'. Feels like someone stabbed me in the upper right side of my back with a barbaque fork. Hurts like a SOB when I raise my arm or so much as breathe any deeper than I have to. I can't even find a bareable position to lay down. Now a little over a month from my wedding/honeymoon in Kissimmee FL, without health insurance, I get to look foward to a $17,000 surgery that's going to have me layed up and out of work for God knows how long.. Anybody familiar with this lovely procedure?
