Club Cab Dakota Build Design Planning

So I am going to start soon on a build out for my Dodge Dakota Ext. Cab... I have been looking around and there are just not a lot of ideas to pull from so this what I've came up with... looking at a few build outs..

I will be using the following:

Sealed box? 1.1~1.2

2- JBL Power 1224

JBL GTO 1400.1 wired at 4 ohm for 1200 RMS

On this box I will also be running in their own chambers...

2- GTO or Power Series 6x9's

Each chamber ported 3~4" port x 3~4" long..

As you can see in the photo, amp rack will be below the main box..

So here are my questions I am in much consideration over..

1. Can someone help me figure out what my driver displacement is as I cant seam to find anywhere..

P1224 TS Parameters

2. Can anyone tell me the exact formula to calculate what size the box actually should be (Volume wise) including the driver displacement...

3. I once built some custom 6x9 boxes that were ported and the sound was awesome, by including the more vibrant sound from behind the speaker into the listening area..

What do you think would be best as far as size of the port 3~4" or other.. and how long...

What could you advise me of figuring this out for the best possible sound?

Lastly any feed back on the design would be greatly appreciated..

The 6x9's: are not really for bass persay .. thats what I have the subs for ^_^...

The rear has 6.5 in the wall of the cabs, I am going to seal them off.. and run 6x9's instead.. the port is just for the sound from the rear of the cone to give that life like sound.. Ref: any house hold ported cabnient.. Bose Wave radio.. JBL's Invention back in the day of a Solobaric chamber eg: a port in a cabinet so they say...

Box: I used to run ported boxes all my life, but I love the SQ of a Sealed box.. nice tight bass...

Power: Big 3 done (wire wise) just need to get a different battery, currently running stock Acid based 1200CA 800CCA... and Alt is 110amp.. thinking of upgrading that as well at some point.

My pait drawing is not exactly at scale or angles in the correct orientation.. This is the overall design I am basing this off of loosely...

So.. being I want to go sealed.. basically have the subs where the two outer subs are in this picture and just hollow out the center.. hm.. and if I wanted too could always throw a 3'd sub in the mix.. like a 15" in the center if it was a hollow chamber eh?

what? all boxes are hollow chambers... Don't mix subs, just pick two nice ones and go from there.

Not quite what i was meaning.. If I took that same design, and made it a sealed enclosure.. I would probably put the subs towards the end of the box, so the center of the box would not be used as it would be too much air space.. so it would become a sealed unused chamber..

Anyhow what I really need to figure out is the Sub displacement so I can figure out what the actual box volume needs to be... TS shows 1.0 box (Included displacement) but also goes on to say 'with loose packed poly fill' and in my opinion.. those are not the correct specs if it needs poly fill..

This is going to be 'the box' so I need to make sure I get it right and squeeze every bit of performance out of them.. so I want to do it right..

I'm thinking the displacement is between .1~.09 but thats judging on based on simular subs of size and magnet structure of other subs(brands)

Does this sound about right?
