Not familiar with clif designs, however if theyre made by MA i can Vouch for them and say my 2 cheap MA audio 15s sealed are louder than my friends 2 L7s, ported, and hes running about 150 more wrms to them than i am. Great budget stuff. Good customer service too. I burned up one of my amps and theyre actually sending me a better model because mine wasnt in stock, so i wouldnt have to wait
