Cleaning cone

I was thinking real fine sandpaper and black dye/paint... I can get my buddy to do something custom on the dustcap... the dustcap is almost all white //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I could do a BTL type thing on the dust cap instead of Fi, hmm

would love to see that.

that's what they use to find fingerprints on CSI //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

i was told wd40 can get it off, and i also heard a rumor about some cleaning solution (orage-glow, or ???) that would work as well.

(btw, talk to scott @ fi, this is where i've gotten all of this info from)

.....Yes, superglue does leave a residue, but if the cone is treated (slick

looking) you can remove the residue by spraying a sponge lightly with WD40

and wiping the cone with it. The CA fume residue is what the CSI people use

to find finger prints on odd shaped items. It works amazingly well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

.....
hope that works!

do the BTL logo anyways!
