Yup.

You smudged CA glue and it dried, usually happens when you use too much activator.

Not gonna come off, only real way to possibly make it disappear is to use some REALLY high grit sandpaper, like emery paper... and finely sand it off. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
