Clarion vrx925 touchscreen problem, Help!

Sorry dont know if this is the right section, but I am new here and just need a little help. I have a clarion vrx925vd and have used it for a while with no problems. I haven't open the screen for a while and today I opened it and the display screen came all the way out but did not flip up. What could be the problem. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance for any help.

sounds like a defective unit. or something is jamming it. call clarion.

Thanks I will try to give clarion a call tomorrow..Anyone else have any ideas whats wrong?

Still haven't found out what's wrong. Been too busy and haven't given clarion a call, but will do tomorrow. In the mean time is there any other ideas, any one ever encounter the same problem?

my i also have a clarion. i have problem because sometimes the screen comes out. and when i push to close it doesnt complete the operation in full. but yesterday i uses and it close. but now dont open. all works but the light indicator ( blue screen to see the hour, funtion ect) dont works. i reset the unit. it come the light that read "system check" "complete" "push pow" and the light come out. please help me. i change the 3A fuse and didnt works

Hi, I have exactly the same problem as you. Sometimes the screen comes out, sometimes it doesn't. Most recently the display doesn't show up, so I reset the system as you did, and now "Press Power" comes on, then "Sys" then it shuts off. The radio and CD player works, just no display.

Have you had any luck fixing it? Thanks so much.
