Clarion Ungo (rs300) rem. start question

anyone know how to program tach on a ungo rs300?

from what i understand you start the car. press the valet button 5X. led light's up. then you press lock on the key fab. and if the led turns off the tach is programmed...

better yet anyone have a install manuel for a rs 300
