Clarion DPX 1001.2???

Does anyone know if this amp is any good? I can't find a **** thing on the internet or this forum about it. I am going to be using it to power my two Clarion ProAudio XW1200 subwoofers (

P.S. I am only paying $400.00 for the amp and subs. Is this a good deal??
