Not really, the title of the thread is "clamping" not "analyzing". The test was to see what it did for power

And clipped power is useless as well. Doesnt matter how you chalk it up.

I doubt it..

Drop the load to a true 1 ohm load..that p will fry..

It's made to output power with higher impdeances..

A true 1 ohm load will smoke it...

I got 1800 out a cadence a7 hc at 4.2 with a ton of clipping

I got 2400 out my 1750 with a 2.2ohm load..

anybody wanna send a pocket oscope this way? im soo tired of this dirty power claim. i didnt have a low load an like i said it wasnt my amp so if i fried it i was stuck buying another. heres the vid my friend is a noob at rolling the volume. no peak hold was on so real figures.

I have a scope, but I'm not sending it anywhere it costs more then the amp haha. From watching the numbers my guess is you wouldn't like the scope read out. That is just my guess.

If anyone is in the OKC,OK or STL,MO areas and has one I would love to test it. If it fails during testing I will replace the amp. This means you pay nothing and I will clamp with a scope the power output. If you do not have a decent electrical I will provide a few batteries during testing.

People have been crying over this dirty power claim for the longest. first it was they dont do rated, then it was proven to do so. now its claimed dirty power without the first scope test being posted anywhere.stfu.

Thats true, amps of the same exact model will have different output even if the input voltage is set the same

Never liked AP. Not based on if they do or don’t do rated. Or if it is dirty power or not. It’s the way they look and feel. They feel cheap and they look cheap. Even if someone does a real test on the 3000 and it all turns out good who cares when u have to tow a trailer behind your car just to carry the amps. Not many people can fit a amp that’s 2 times as long as all the other 3k amps out there. Too long, to ugly, to cheap looking. Fix those 3 things then I am interested.
