Circuity City L7 Question

Does anyone know what the L7 Kicker and box combo you can purchase at CC comes tuned at? I have a box coming thats tuned at 37hz and was wondering if this is gonna sound to sloppy for my liking.

i kinda doubt its that high...Ill take measurements at work when I get a chance and do the calculations.

However for the L7 i found it odd that kicker recommends a tuning ~40hz for the 12... They then get peaky as hell at 55+hz....

The guy at circuit city told me that they dont sell the L7s because they are competition level and there not allowed to carry anything that good or something like that.

However it boils down to economics really. CC sells everything to Joe Blow at MSRP. Kicker L5s go out the door at 249.99 a pop for a 12!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif MSRP on the L7 is what 499 or something? The question they ask is it worth having 500 per sub tied up in inventory on a product that might rarely sell or rather have that 500 tied up in something else that will sell much more quickly.

No we dont stock L7s but can order them for joe blow, but if you are Mr. Blow get ready to get bent over.....lol

One PLUS SIDE to paying MSRP and buying our warrenty - if you pop the sub, we will swap it out with new product the SAME DAY. This is for speakers only...

Or you can go to a dealer, and if you blow it you get the same thing, plus if they work on comission they'll probably give you a break on the price.

Could you get a deal on something? Most of the time, if you go about it the right way, you can get deals on some things.

We are a retail chain- therefore, we sell at MSRP prices.
