I didn't buy any of my stuff from either store. They are way overpriced.

I have noticed that Circuit City has terrible customer service.

Because they each have hundreds of stores, to make a blanket statement like that sounds a little silly to me. Maybe one chain is better at training their people to be more responsive to the customer, but to say definitively that one chain has "nicer people" is, in fact, ridiculous.

I see where you are coming from, but with my experiences BB has had better customer service.
