Circuit City Pays Up

If it was not a 100% professional job then it was substandard, nobody stays in business with that mentality and if they do, they don't do so well.
What you are not understanding is that CCity is not to blame for this 10k claim. The dealership inflated the estimate in order to make money. They picked on the install in order to make reasons to charge more. The customer was just stuck in the middle of it. All of his equipment worked and his car worked. There was nothing wrong with the install except for some mistakenly cut plastic in the INSIDE of the dashboard.

$12,000 says they did. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Sorry not trying to be a dick just giving my opinion.
Seems like your average bandwagon jumper.

I advise you to research that thread and actually read up on what happened. You obviously have no clue.

I definitely understand that the dealership inflated the price by thousands of dollars, still no excuse for the install in my opinion.

Cut the heater vent, spliced into the wiring harness, hot glued the tweeters? Seriously...
There are many people who will agree with me that there is nothing wrong with these two.

Especially since the tweeters were fastened to an ABS board using the fasteners that came with them. The abs board was hot glued to the back of the door panel. It's a semi- permanent solution. If you want them removed, just heat the board a little and pull them off. Then again I'm pretty sure this guy would complain about the cut holes as well.

It's custom car audio. If he wanted all of this stuff in his car and didnt want the appearance to change from factory, she should have stayed factory. He got buyer's remorse and made a big deal out of it.
