god that sucks. most new cars u have to drill. i drill the hole first then deburr the hole run the wire then silicone all around the wire to the firewall this way it has time to dry by the time i'm done and customer picks it up.

it also wont have water coming in the cabin.

i worked on a car the other day that circuit city put a complete system in. the car was a 2004 grand prix. anyway the installer couldnt find anywhere to run the power wire through the fire wall so he ran it through the door jam and then made the customer sign a paper saying they were not responsible if it caused any problems. I am so glad they are closing in a couple weeks

At least their prices are almost as low as internet sotore prices for most things. I got a new xbox wireless adapter for like 65. But their customer service will **** until the doors are locked for the last time.
