You can make one yourself, do a google - after you see what it is, you'll want to kick yourself in the head.

Screw your router's base to a board, drill a hole half the distance of the cutout you want to make; drill a hole where the center of the cutout will be, throw a bolt in it, and route away.

Search. Google. Happy.
