i get holiday pay even tho my regularly scheduled days off happen to fall on christmas (and new year's). so i get an extra 8 hours of pay. also we get an extra 10% discount (combine with our discount card for 20% off total). and we should be getting a nice bonus (around $1k) in march iirc.
