Choose Amp/Wire Amp

I am looking into purchasing one of the two amps below:

I am purchasing the amps to power my 2 1000W JBL GT4-10 subwoofers. They have a peak of 1000W and an RMS of 250W. They are 4 ohms subs.

Which one of the two amps would be best for me?

Also, how do you wire the amps for 4 ohms?
