This is not always correct. There are thousands of variables that alter the sound and "loudness" of a system. With out testing each setup in each application you will never know the true answer. Just guessing because of cone area or any other reason is like guessing the lotto numbers, sure you could be right.

No bashing here, but being a mod does not mean that they are just right. Again no offense ment.

To the ear my 1 12" is louder than my old 2 10's. Both had same power, same car, only thing different were the boxes. Did not have first setup metered.
