General Tso's Chicken FTW!

A place my wife and I frequent around here has awesome Gen T's (no veggies in it) and their hot and sour soup rocks since it's extremely spicy and doesn't contain mushrooms or tofu (which are common ingredients for most Chinese places including all the buffets around here). Damn, now I know what I want for dinner tonight!
