Chicken Thighs - Are they healthy?

Ok, well Im trying to lose WEIGHT, Im a chubby kid. And it takes a good bit of food to fill me lol

Thats why i thought chicken thighs was a good deal

How fatty/calorie savy are the breasts?

Again, there are much better ways for proper fat intake than chicken thighs. Not to mention the sodium intake.
Which is?

I agree to a point, but removing the skin off chicken legs is about as smart as peeling the skin off grapes.

Sodium is not salt. Actual real salt is far more complex in mineral spectrum than sodium. Sodium is a chemical, which is combined with chloride to make NaCl....which is sold as "table salt" or "iodized salt." It's a refined, processed chemical. Real salt from the earth is not NaCl. Look it up.

O also forgot to ask, skin or no skin? Is it very fatty or not?

you are trying to be to smart and you are making yourself look stupid in turn. And stop with the peeling the grapes line you have used that about 3 times in this thread alone.

Then you need to eat more fat.

I can think of at least 3 books on the subject right off the top of my head that spell out the scientific value of proper macronutirent intake (fat, carbs, and protein) and how it's virtually impossible for the human body to become fat (obese) by eating too much fat.

As a general rule, the more fat you eat the more thin you grow. It has little to almost nothing to do with caloric intake.

I don't have to try to, I am. Far more than you wannabe internet nutrition expert dummy heads. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

Go ahead, contest anything I've written so far. You know it's true. Or do you!?!?

And stop peeling your grapes, kids (that's number 3). //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

My favorite would be salmon.

Ill agree about peeling the skin, as he should not eat it to begin with.

It's far more resourceful then the same shit that gets blabbered over and over that lacks any scientific validity.

Go ahead, lock yourself in closet and eat nothing but bacon, chicken fat , coconut oil and beef tallow and you'll completely change the way your body utilizes your own body fat. I predict you're ripped in 5 days. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

Buh bye....

I don't need to dispute your facts as you call them. Truth is I have probably forgotten more about diet, exercise , and nutrition than you will ever know. I am not some internet nutrition expert either. I base my knowledge on real world results which is me going from 440 lbs as a sophmore in college to 1 year later weighing 215 lbs with about 11% bodyfat and banging some of the hottest *****es at school my education.
