well Henderson beat Wand Silva...but Henderson will get ate alive by Anderson Silva!!!
I have so much respect for Wanderlei after that fight.. He took some shots that would crumble a lesser man, not to mention he landed some bombs that should have ended the fight. I was on my feet the whole time.. I wanted Liddell to win, and he did.. but it was no cake walk. Rampage is nowhere as tought as either of those men.. the Henderson v Jackson fighted bored me off my ***, and no doubt Jackson will walk over Forrest (im a fan). I think Liddell earned his title shot after that fight.. it was a great war!! WTF about Keith Jardine? he beat Liddell.. i couldnt believe it, but it happened.. whats in there for him?

Off topic, but interesting: did you see where IFL has changed their rules where all Fight teams are invited to the tounaments.. Team Quest Team Extreme Couture Team Punishment all invited.. so that means Couture vs Fedor maybe???? I will post the link..

Did Couture quit the UFC? I never heard anything official.. but 2 separate UFC fanatics said he quit and called Dana White a B!tch and Fedor a puss for not coming to fight him

TUF next season should end with a nice fight rampage and my boy forrest. i think forrest was robbed when he fought tito, but tito needed a win so hence he got it. i think forrest might actually win against rampage. as for gsp nice bout but they need more 170s. serra should be a winner thou again gsp, in 2 rounds.

Rampage will walk over Forrest ( love forrest) he is an exciting fighter but i honestly dont think he will win.

forrest took tito the machine the whole time/round to round. no he (forrest) has another name fighter to face and hes the main event (which may hurt him, butterflies that is) but he will work his but off and come at rampage. you watch good fight coming for the both of them, and i think forrest and ground-n-pound rampage to a win.
