All of the reports I have seen about it were in North Texas so I am thinking this is still a regional thing and hasnt taken off nationwide as of yet. There were also a few stories about it on the local news and in the newspapers.

hm, wonder what kind of cold medication... and it seems to take a while to kill people if he got home from the party and then died in his sleep. not typical for heroin overdose... that cold medicine must have some wierd effect with opiates...

I believe it is most often used with acetaminophen.

and ya it started in the DFW area, and there have been a bunch of kids dying from it. there are even reports of kids in the 4th grade using it, its sad.
