Its too bad, Xtant use to be one of my favorite brands. The old stainless steel amps looked and sounded fabulous. Now, they just sell gimmicks.
Speakers with 'real wood' cones. Uhm... okay. No advantage to it, in facts Im confident its a disadvatage over paper or poly cones in terms of actual performance.
The subs? Hexagon. Still. *sigh*
And the new look of the amps? Im sorry, but those amps look like they were made in the 70's. The wood grain in particular on the amp shown appears identical to paneling found in common 'single wides' , again, from the 70's. Seriously. The 'wood grain' look on audio equipment isn't new (besides on cones).
But the little passive crossover covers still look pretty nice. That's something, I guess?
A big meh! from me on this one. Sadly.
