lol, i'm not even close to a noob, just bored on a friday night : )

and actually had someone ask me that today, he saw the 88db on the side of the box, and was like, dude, i saw the record is like 160db.. but i can get like over that with just those 12's, they must be good huh?

funny part is, theoretically, anything over 195db would incenerate just about anything the soundwave hits. and 160db will make you go deaf in maybe a few minutes tops, if not virtually instantly.

okay, so today, i went to the shop, and i was looking at the audiobahn natural excursion series subwoofers, i see they have an 88 DB rating on them, which must be really high, becasue i'm going to get 10 of them and get 880DB's
but i know db's dont add like that, but i'll still be over 400 db's easy.

they showed me this BAD *** audiobahn amp there, with flames on it that were made of chrome, and the chrome disapates the heat, i think i'm going to get that to go with it so i can get over 700db's with no problem.

and then i just find farad capacitors.

vehicle is a blazer i just bought, it came with a 50 farad capacitor, i bought it from my friend, so i think i'll need one more of those capacitors, and i'll be set.

now this is what i need.

a box to be good enough for those 10 12's, you guys, how much should a box like that run me, i mean i want to get at least over 700db's

and i know you guys are professionals, some of you, so i dont want any noobs trying to awnser.

Fill your car with mercury.. sure it'll be difficult, but we all know that sound travels faster in liquids than in air, and faster in solids than in liquids, and since 220 dB are possible in water, maybe you can get upwards of 500 in liquid mercury.. cuz thats kinda like a liquid solid.. sorta
