They do not belong to eD. I don't understand why Ben is *****ing about it- considering he doesn't own any of those parts, has no legal rights to those parts, or that design (which has been around longer than eD).

Maybe if the scumbag paid the buildhouse, things would be different...oh well....

Guys, Jeremy is right on this one.

The TC guy sends me a receipt 1 week from purchasing date stating that I bought a TC9. However when I take the rubber boot off, it states Elem Designs.

Seriously, at this point, I'll just let the pics speak for itself.

I wouldnt call this ED drama. It's me being scammed by TC Sounds and I'm doing everything I can at this point just to get my money back. Who wants to be sold a defective product. Their Manager even stated that all of the A series drivers were defective.

And ED is the only one kind enough to lend me a helping hand.

Tell eDuh to tell you what the 'defect' is instead of making you believe there is one. Doesn't it strike you as a *little* bit odd that they won't tell you dick about what's wrong with it?

Oddly enough they are on their 4th build house now and still don't have a product line... Anyone else see a pattern?

Gee... They are all defective, but that didn't stop eD from selling them to people... Awesome!

eD's helping hand only extends as far as their wallet and potential gain.
