Check my Math PLEASE for this box?

Trying to build a box for 6 Kicker Cvr 12's. First I need to know if 6 4" round ports is too much port? This what I've came up with. The box is 12.70 cu ft with 6 4" round ports already figured in. Each port is 10.896" long. After the ports and bracing the box should be right at 12 cu ft. Does this sound right? If something is off let me know where my screw up is? The box should be right at 35hz tuning?

sub + port displ. I have at 1.41, not sure what your braces displace but if your net volume is 12.0 you should be real close to 35.

Looking at the port air velocity plot at rated power (2400w) it looks to me like you're going to have some noise as you approach 40hz and will get worse below that. Down around 1/2 power (-3dB) port noise should be minimal at worst.

I'm guessing SQ is not a premium so some port noise at/near full volume probably won't be an issue so my guess is what you have planned will work fine.

N2audio, explain how you are figuring port noise at 40? What changes am I supposed to make to avoid this? I didn't figure in the sub displacement because Kicker recommended enclosures is supposed to already have that figured in? What exactly are you getting for port displacement only? I got .60 for the ports. Are you saying I need more than 6 ports? I'll probably go bigger because I might use 2x4's instead of metal rods for bracing?
