Hardcore Customs, huh? I think I called there 2-3 times about some RE product and no one answered. I go close there on the way home so I swung by, and there was no one in the lobby or reception area.

Not sure when you called and didn't get an answer but all I can imagine is that we were on the other line. Also, if you came by and nobody was in the lobby...did you happen to see the sign on the front door to please walk around to the install bays if the door is locked during our business hours. Sorry that we missed you!
