Mate id take the 12volt over this hole anyday. Atleast they teach proper installs, not half *** principals. fuses=fire protection

oil, water, and fire resistant conduit=fire protecton

Um, both are banned now so I dont think its really worth continuing on this line. For what its worth the conduit is protection for the wire, as are the fuses, however the fuses cover the entire run of wire as opposed to just the section running under the truck. Im not gonna say which is right or wrong because its not my vehicle and hence doesnt matter, but both their points, while mabye not agreed upon, have merit. The name calling and what not was not nessasary though.
