Cheating? phone insurance what to do...

dropped my phone in the shitter now its gonna cost me 100$ through my insurance to get a new one. I refuse to pay since the phone was a piece of shit to begin with and belongs in the toilet.

so...

should i run it over or just say i lost it?

I know someone else ran into this problem.. what did you end up doing/

if you already know that it's going to cost 100 dollars to have it replaced, then wtf does it matter what you do to the phone to claim insurance on it?

When I called and reported my phone stolen all I had to do with Alltel was pay for the Police report which was $25 and once I had that to show them they handed me my new phone. But the phone itself wasn't new it was a refurbished phone. If you do it any other way you will end up paying the deductible and if you manage to get around it when it's shipped to the company or when your provider open's it up and see's water damage they will add the full price of the phone to your bill. Just stop being such a cheap ass and pay the $100.

I've literally have had over 12+ replacement phones already the same model. Every single one had a different problem wether it was software or hardware issues.

HTC makes piece of shit phones and that's all there is to it. My contracts over in 3 months i refuse to give them any more money.

Most likely going with AT&T but I'm threw with touchscreen phones without keyboards. It's such a hassle texting. atleast IMO

HTC phones are not for dumbasses.

The fone runs on an OS and has bugs.

They are not shitty fones... they are for hobbyists.

If you had 12 defective.. Obviously you are just a dumbass returning your fone for dumb reasons..
