Cheapest Sq Amplifier, 75 x 4 @ 4 ohms?

My buddy wants to eventually replace his entire stock system, and since he has no experience he was asking me to look up the stuff for him. His listening style is trance, electronic, vocal, ambient, and pop with a little of rock. The budget system I have built so far is:

Kenwood BT742 - $200

Alpine Type-S 6x9" - $70

Premier TS-D520C - $120

Wiring Kit/Speaker wiring - $75

Boss BASS600/1000 - $150

Speaker Amplifier - ???????

I'd like to keep it at or under $250. I remember Diamond Audio used to be heralded as good for SQ, I saw D3 500.4 for $245 shipped.

DEH-P5100UB deck 200 shipped includes free metra dash kit and wire harness far better than the kenwood and it comes with all the extra cables the kenwood does not, or I can do the same kenwood deck for the same price with the kit/harness.

Look into the PPI 355CS comps on ebay. Only $99 shipped. I just got my set and so far, i really like them.
