cheap place to service kenwood?

I have a kenwood x993 that needs servicing... anyone know anyplace cheap? basically the outputs have a humming noise...

Have you tried a LOC converter off your speaker leads? You can get a 4ch Scosche LOC converter at Wal-Mart for about $20

i would try grounding the rca connections like the pioneer pico issue first. free and easy fix.

why would i want a loc? I wouldnt be able to use the sub outs.. or crossovers?? and i tried grounding the rca's i tried different rca's i even ran rca's outside the car. nothing works.. swapped the deck and noise is gone but im stuck with a shitty deck :/

hopefully you bought it from a reputable place and can return it for a new one. it does come with a warranty but only if bought authorized.

or bring it to a local Kenwood dealer and they will probably ship it off for you
