fs means below that frequency natural rolloff ( gets quiter ) from the speaker geometry occurs

It's a 15" sub with an Fs of 50 Hz (I measured 41 hz well broken in)... it's a good burp sub for SPL, yes, it's not good to get lots of low-end for a daily driver. You tend to want a lower Fs, especially from a 15" woofer for a daily driving sub with respectable low-end.

What about the 12?

So basically, if I wanted some cheap subs to take to a comp, this wouldn't be bad? My sister is kinda interested in some comps and we have an older acura integra hatch back.

Yes, these would be good for a cheap comp sub.

The 12" model likely has an incredibly high Fs and would produce almost no REAL low-end in normal sealed or ported enclosures. I will be testing some of the 12s next week probably... to confirm.

Well once I see some reviews from Parkave, I'll be picking up a few of these (15's). Thinking I could easily fit 4 15's in that car.

The car is kinda a POS, so it will make for a great toy

Fs is the frequnecy at which impedance is great free-air.

Alright.. the packages arrive in plain cardboard boxes with "7elephants" printed all over it..

opening them up, we have an attractive, black cardboard box.

also- there is a spec sheet with the t/s parameters, and recommended box sizes.

inside of the cardboard boxes, the woofer is encased in Styrofoam.

so.. lets take the woofer shall we?

on first glance.. it appears to be built well (for a Chinese woofer). i will go more in depth, but, i know some want pictures NOW so here we go!
