Cheap but good replacement tweeter for MB Quart PCE-213?

One of the tweeters from my buddy's MB Quart PCE-213 component set blew, so he needs a new pair. Anyone know a cheap alternative? I know partsexpress has some cheap tweeters, I just have no idea what would be a good match up.
