Cheap amp for xd 8's

Yes, I know I shouldn't be looking for a 'cheap' amp but I'm doing a budget build with my friend's son for his dads birthday.

We are doing two xd 8's under the rear seat in his silverado.

Ultimately the end goal is to be louder than the 12" Planet audio on a cheap pyle 400w amp

I'm not sure how much power these can handle over rated but I was thinking of the APCL 1500?

Yes, it's cheap but if I keep it at 2ohms (haven't bought subs yet) and gain match correctly it should be clean power for the woofers?

Any other suggestions under 200 would be great. Other option is Shark 2500 (180) at this point
