Cheal Stealth Jeep System

My girlfriend just bought a 97 Jeep Wrangler. It didnt have a head unit at all so the dealer put in a Kenwood deck for free because he had it laying around. This is the head unit.

She wants to get rid of the stock speakers but doesnt want anything that would be worth stealing since its easy to get into a jeep. And preferably something that cant be seen.

Does anyone know anything about it. Will it do its rated 50 x 4. and is that at 4 ohm. It looks real good to just stick under the seat. Also what would be some 5.25 speakers that wouldent look fancy and still give good full range response and sound alright.
