chassis grounding

whats the best thing to use when grounding to my chassis (i.e. in the big 3 or amp grounding)? bolt screw? normal screw? nut and bolt?

alright thanks, just wanted a super secure connection, im prolly gonna go with a normal screw/bolt screw too.

Bolt an nut with a washer on either side of the sheetmetal and sanded to bare metal where the terminal will make contact.
