Charging Sp1000

I Have 2 STINGER Sp1000 Batts And Ive Looked All Through This Forum And Came Up With Nothing. Ive Seen Its Better To Charge Before A Run Probably The Night Before I Go. But How Would I Go About Charging Them I Have A Batt Charger But What Would The Settings Be On The Charger. I Don't Want To Mess Them Up. Normally You Remove The Caps On A Batt But What Do You Do About The Ones That Don't Have Caps?
