Change beard grain?

Can you change the grain of your beard?

I usually go and get my beard lined up at the shop but some of my hairs are growing the wrong way. West to east, I want all the hairs to grow north to south.

It's just a small area on the side of my chin/face that doesn't grow right but it ruins the look.

One other option would be to be the first person to have a facial hair grain adjustment surgery?

Of course you can. You'll need a razor blade, wall mirror, a fifth of your favorite booze, some towels and a sewing kit. Have a phone handy in case things go wrong.
